This new therapeutic offering allows us to explore the systems we inhabit—the people, circumstances, and influences that shape who we are, who we were, and who we are becoming.
What would it be like to be a "fly on the wall" observing your family interactions, workplace dynamics, or relationship struggles? Imagine seeing the truth of these situations while being held in a space of love and understanding.
Our Systemic Constellation group offers exactly that. This therapy method is gentle, efficient, loving, and transformative, making it helpful for both current challenges and longstanding issues. Rather than focusing solely on an individual, we look at the entire system in which an issue exists, using the wider "system lens" to observe how individual parts interact.
